Book tables for your guests, clients and colleagues

Reservisto Pro is for the people who book for someone else: hotel front desks, concierges, travel agencies and company assistants. The diner gets the confirmation and any change by text; you see every booking and what the restaurant answered.

Hotels, concierges and agencies

• Earn a share of the restaurant’s fee for every diner who comes: 50 % for launch partners in their first 12 months (€1.50 a diner), then 30 % (€0.90). Paid monthly to your business, plus VAT if you charge it, never to staff.
• Your own booking links and QR codes, one per desk or room card. Guests who book through them count for your share too.
• One list of every booking your team made, with each restaurant’s answer.

Companies

• Book for colleagues and clients with your company’s invoice details, so the restaurant knows to issue the fatura in its name.
• After the meal, the diner photographs the receipt. Reservisto reads the Portuguese invoice QR code and sends the receipt to your finance team or expense tool.
• Reservisto doesn’t charge your company: restaurants pay for the diners we bring.

Your team

• An account admin invites the team and keeps the billing details. Bookers just book.
